Four Things

Usually when I write a post, I try to have a common theme, like a color or a certain type of clothing or shoe. But these four items that I wanted to share have nothing in common other than I really love them all. So there you have it. Four seemingly random objects that are united only by my lust for them. Enjoy!

1. This Michael Kors watch is the perfect timepiece for a prep like myself. Clean, functional, and timeless. What more could you want?

2. This pendant by Marcia Moran is similar to the watch above only in its simplicity. However, its glitz and sparkle make it the focal part of any outfit. It’s definitely a standout piece.

3. This Lela Rose dress is not only adorable, but very versatile. It could be dressed up with heels and a tousled up-do. Or it could be paired with a pair of cowboy boots, chunky jewelry, and messy curls for a more casual look.

4. I was immediately attracted to these coral bracelets when I saw them in the JCrew catalog (except for their high prices). Stack them or wear them separately. Either way, they’d be a great addition to any outfit.

Wish List

I decided to partake in some much needed retail therapy today to take a break from studying for the LSAT and I fell in love with a couple items that I wanted to share with y’all.

These wide-leg silk trousers from Anthropologie are to-die for. The jewel tone color really makes them pop. They would be great for holiday parties with a pair of high heels.

I absolutely love this belt from JCrew. It’s dainty and shiny, two of my favorite things. It would be the perfect way to dress up an LBD for the holidays.

Chain Gang

I really love statement jewelry, which is why I’m obsessed with the current wave of thick, gold chain bracelets. They’re fierce, yet classic, and are a great way to dress up an outfit. This first example is from JCrew and is currently on sale online for $39.99!
